Preview: Big Bear Bears vs. Granite Hills Cougars
The Big Bear Bears will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Granite Hills Cougars at 7:00 p.m. Big Bear has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Even though United Christian Academy scored an imposing 64 points on Friday, Big Bear still came out on top. Big Bear snuck past United Christian Academy with a 69-64 win.
Aiden Brewer was his usual excellent self, scoring 24 points along with 8 rebounds and 6 steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Big Bear's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryder Dolan, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 17 rebounds.
Meanwhile, even though Serrano scored an imposing 57 points on Saturday, Granite Hills still came out on top. Granite Hills managed a 61-57 victory over Serrano. The win made it back-to-back wins for Granite Hills.
Big Bear is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Granite Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
