Football Recap: Solon Comets vs. Nordonia Knights
Solon might've scored the first points on Friday, but it was Nordonia who claimed the real prize. The Solon Comets were beaten by the Nordonia Knights 45-7. The Comets were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.
Ben Chesser #16 was his usual excellent self, rushing for 32 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 129 yards and a touchdown while completing 73.7% of his passes for Nordonia.
Solon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Nordonia, the win for them keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
