Baseball Game Preview: Ringgold Rams vs. Frazier Commodores

The Ringgold Rams will venture away from home to take on the Frazier Commodores at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Ringgold will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

If Ringgold beats Frazier with six runs on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Rams came out on top against Yough by a score of 6-3 on Thursday.

Ringgold got a big performance out of Demetri Lowe, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles, one stolen base, and two RBI. Those two doubles gave Lowe a new career-high. Gavin Angotti was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Frazier and Bethlehem Center, and Bethlehem Center kept the tradition alive. The Commodores fell 11-8 to the Bulldogs on Wednesday.

Ringgold now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Frazier, they now have a losing record of 8-9.
