Jackson Academy extends road winning streak to nine

The Jackson Academy Raiders came tearing into Tuesday's contest with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 55-53 win over Presbyterian Christian. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Jackson Academy has posted yet this season.

Jackson Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Mike Williams led the charge by scoring 21 points along with five rebounds. Marcus Goodloe was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with three steals.

Jackson Academy's win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-1. As for Presbyterian Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 21-7.
