Basketball Recap: Maple Valley Takes a Loss

Maple Valley lost against Quincy back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Maple Valley Lions were outmatched by the Quincy Orioles and fell 59-12. The Lions were down 41-10 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Maple Valley's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Quincy, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maple Valley will head out to square off against Union City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Maple Valley is facing Union City at the right time seeing as Union City is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Quincy, they will head out on the road to take on Reading at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
