Volleyball Recap: Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Gets the Win

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee won the last time they faced Union County and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Rabun Gap-Nacoochee easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-21.

Their offense was headlined by Irem Cansever and Viktoriia Vetrova, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Riese Kirkland and her 20 assists. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Emberlyn Casebolt, racking up two apiece.
