Palmer Ridge faced Cheyenne Mountain in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Bears had just enough and edged out the Red-Tailed Hawks 8-7. The Bears haven't had any issues with the Red-Tailed Hawks recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
