Cutter Kennedy gave up the fewest hits he has over his last four matches on Tuesday. He was dynamite, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over six innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Weatherford is 2-0-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-7 otherwise.

Kennedy's effort led Weatherford over Crowley and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
