Volleyball Game Preview: Minnewaska Area Lakers vs. St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders

The Minnewaska Area Lakers will challenge the St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Minnewaska Area is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Minnewaska Area is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Minnesota's top teams: Hawley, who was ranked 16th at the time (Minnewaska Area was ranked 14th). The Lakers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Nuggets last Thursday, sneaking past 2-1.

Meanwhile, St. Cloud Cathedral sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over Melrose on Wednesday.

St. Cloud Cathedral's win bumped their record up to 8-16. As for Minnewaska Area, their victory bumped their record up to 25-0.
