Soccer Recap: Delta Charter Takes a Loss

Delta Charter lost against South Beauregard back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Delta Charter Storm might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the South Beauregard Knights an easy 8-0 win.

Delta Charter has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-2 record this season. As for South Beauregard, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Delta Charter will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Glenmora at 7:15 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Delta Charter is facing Glenmora at the right time seeing as Glenmora is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for South Beauregard, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 defeat against Rapides on the 21st.
