Baseball Recap: Mason Comes Up Short

Mason was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They came up short against the Leflore Savages, falling 12-0. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Savages apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Mason's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Leflore, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1.

Looking ahead, Mason will be playing at home against Wilson-Henryetta at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Leflore, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 14-6 defeat against Paden on the 17th.
