Basketball Recap: Fitch Falcons vs. Ledyard Colonels
After losing to Ledyard the last time they met, Fitch decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Fitch Falcons snuck past the Ledyard Colonels with a 49-44 victory on Wednesday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fitch to victory, but perhaps none more so than Synaa Waters, who went 6-for-15 to rack up 19 points and six boards. The matchup was Waters' third in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Katherine Wenger, who went 5-for-8 on her way to 11 points and four steals.
