Basketball Game Preview: Worth County Rams vs. Irwin County Indians + How To Watch

The Worth County Rams will hit the road for the first time this season to take on the Irwin County Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Worth County will be strutting in after a win while Irwin County will be coming in after a loss.

Worth County is headed out to face Irwin County after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. The Rams walked away with a 60-50 victory over Thomas County Central on Tuesday.

Jariah Williams had an outrageously good game as she posted 21 points in addition to eight rebounds and five assists. The matchup was her third in a row with at least 21 points. Another player making a difference was Mikhayla Stephens, who went 7-for-15 on her way to 17 points and six boards.

Meanwhile, Irwin County ended up a good deal behind Berrien on Tuesday and lost 48-30.

Worth County came up short against Irwin County when the teams last played back in December of 2020, falling 39-31. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
