Soccer Game Preview: Clewiston vs. Lake Placid

The Clewiston Tigers will square off against the Lake Placid Dragons at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Clewiston is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.6 goals per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Clewiston had just enough and edged Lake Placid out 4-3. It was an even better day for Wisly Menendez as he scored three goals for his team.

Clewiston is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those four games. As for Lake Placid, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5-1.
