Volleyball Recap: Hillcrest Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Memphis Business Academy, Hillcrest was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Mitchell Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win. Surprisingly, this marked the Vikings' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Hillcrest took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-14, 25-13.

Hillcrest's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Mitchell, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Hillcrest has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Soulsville on the 4th. Mitchell has also already played their next game (against Fairley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
