Kennewick barely beat Kamiakin the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lions never let the Braves get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory on Friday. The score was close at halftime, but Kennewick pulled away in the second half with two goals.

The win (which was Kennewick's fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five matchups. As for Kamiakin, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
