Heard County had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.8 points) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. Everything went their way against the Haralson County Rebels as they made off with a 62-38 win. Given the Braves' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Rebels are ranked 453rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Heard County's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.0 points per game. As for Haralson County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season.
