Soccer Game Preview: Walpole vs. Braintree

The Walpole Timberwolves will challenge the Braintree Wamps at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with ten consecutive losses for Walpole and five for Braintree.

Walpole fell victim to Weymouth and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. While losing is never fun, Walpole can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while Weymouth are ranked 20th).

Meanwhile, Braintree also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 6-0 to Dover-Sherborn on Saturday.

Braintree's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10-2. As for Walpole, their loss dropped their record down to 1-13.
