Basketball Game Preview: Bourbon County Colonels vs. Morgan County Cougars

The Bourbon County Colonels are taking a road trip to take on the Morgan County Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Bourbon County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Morgan County likes a good challenge.

On Saturday, Bourbon County was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 63-62 to Harrison County.

Meanwhile, Morgan County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 57-53 heartbreaker at the hands of Rowan County.

Morgan County's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Bourbon County, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 10-13.
