There's no place like home for the La Cueva Bears, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Saturday. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 68-54 win over Las Cruces on Wednesday. The win was just what La Cueva needed coming off of a 106-76 defeat in their prior match.

La Cueva was led to victory by Eric Jacobsen and Dylan Chavez. Jacobsen scored 14 points along with nine rebounds, while Chavez scored 15 points along with nine assists. The contest was Chavez's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Tre Cowles was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
