Baseball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

West Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 12-7 to the Decatur Red Raiders. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 12-8 to the Red Raiders when the teams met back in March of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Decatur, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-13.

Coming up, West Point will be playing at home against McAdory at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday. As for Decatur, they will head out to take on Hartselle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
