Basketball Recap: Genoa Area Piles Up the Points Against Columbian

Genoa Area put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Columbian Tornadoes, posting an 80-41 win. Fans of the Comets have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Genoa Area's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Columbian, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
