Soccer Recap: Loris Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Loris was not quite North Myrtle Beach's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Chiefs by a score of 2-1. Loris haven't had much luck with North Myrtle Beach recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Loris' defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for North Myrtle Beach, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-9.

Looking ahead, Loris will be playing in front of their home fans against Green Sea Floyds at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Loris are facing Green Sea Floyds at the right time seeing as Green Sea Floyds are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for North Myrtle Beach, they will head out to take on Myrtle Beach at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
