Despite the loss, Mountain View still got an impressive performance from Ricky Guerrero, who rushed for 143 yards and a touchdown.
Mountain View has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season. As for South El Monte, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 9-1.
