Basketball Recap: Full Life Christian Academy Starts Season with Win at Home

Full Life Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Varsity Opponent 59-21. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Falcons had established a 28-point advantage.

Full Life Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Logan D'Antoni, who dropped a double-double with 14 points and ten boards. Those 14 points gave D'Antoni a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Colton Senseny, who shot 5-for-8 from beyond the arc and almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds.

Looking ahead, Full Life Christian Academy will challenge South Baldwin Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will give the Falcons their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Varsity Opponent, they have already played their next game, a 125-55 loss against Hillcrest Prep on the 10th.
