Baseball Recap: Reagan Comes Up Short

Reagan and Round Rock squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Reagan had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Rattlers couldn't push the score so high this time.

Reagan's defeat dropped their record down to 25-9-2. As for Round Rock, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-5-1 record this season.

Reagan will face off against Johnson on the 17th. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Rattlers surely won't give up without a fight. Round Rock does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
