Soccer Recap: West Charlotte Takes a Loss + How To Watch

West Charlotte was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Independence Patriots, falling 6-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Independence this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-0 on September 9th.

West Charlotte's loss dropped their record down to 2-9-2. As for Independence, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

Coming up, West Charlotte will take on Hopewell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. West Charlotte will be up against Hopewell's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.79 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Independence, they will face off against Ballantyne Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on the 9th.
