Volleyball Recap: Whitney Takes a Loss

The Whitney Wildcats came up short against the Gahr Gladiators on Thursday and fell 3-1.

While Whitney ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 23-25, 25-22.

Whitney's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Gahr, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Whitney will be playing at home against Troy at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gahr, they will head out to take on St. Paul at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
