Soccer Recap: Sale Creek Takes a Loss

After flying high against Rockwood back in March, Sale Creek came back down to earth. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Sequatchie County Indians on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for Sale Creek in their meetings with Sequatchie County: they've now lost eight in a row.

Sale Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Sequatchie County, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-1-2.

Looking ahead, Sale Creek will take on Chattanooga Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sequatchie County, they will look to defend their home pitch on the 10th against Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences at 7:00 p.m.
