Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Falls Short of Carmel in the Playoffs

Lake Forest and Carmel squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Lake Forest had to settle for second. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Corsairs. The Scouts' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Lake Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 8-26. As for Carmel, their victory bumped their record up to 26-10.

Lake Forest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Carmel, they will challenge Wauconda at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
