Soccer Recap: Arlington Heights Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Arlington Heights was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Hills Scorpions. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Yellowjackets couldn't quite close it out.

Arlington Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 8-5. As for South Hills, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Arlington Heights is taking a road trip to square off against Trimble Tech at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for South Hills, they will face off against Wyatt at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Wyatt will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something South Hills surely won't give up without a fight.
