San Benito has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 52-34 to Veterans Memorial.

Harlingen has been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 23-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.9 points per game. As for San Benito, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-10.
