Soccer Recap: Platteville Comes Up Short

Platteville lost against McFarland back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hillmen fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Platteville have lost by just one goal.

Platteville's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for McFarland, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Platteville will head out on the road to take on La Crosse Logan at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for McFarland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Stoughton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
