Football Game Preview: Revere Minutemen vs. Tallmadge Blue Devils

Revere hasn't had much luck against Tallmadge recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Minutemen will welcome the Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. Revere's defense has only allowed 13.6 points per game this season, so Tallmadge's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Revere is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Cuyahoga Falls 49-6. The Minutemen haven't had any issues with the Black Tigers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Tallmadge's offense. They took a blow against Highland on Friday, falling 62-0. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 338th, while the Hornets are ranked sixth).

Revere's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Tallmadge, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
