Elkhart had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Satanta Indians as they made off with a 16-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won seven matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Elkhart's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Satanta, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Looking ahead, Elkhart will face off against Stanton County at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Satanta, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kinsley on Monday. The Indians are facing the Coyotes at the right time seeing as the Coyotes are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
