Volleyball Game Preview: DSST: Conservatory Green Hornets vs. Northfield Nighthawks

DSST: Conservatory Green is 0-3 against Northfield since September of 2021 but things could change on Wednesday. The Hornets will challenge the Nighthawks at 5:30 p.m.

On Monday, DSST: Conservatory Green came up short against The Vanguard School and fell 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-17, 19-25, 25-16, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Northfield came tearing into last Friday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Thunder as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

While Northfield won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-8, 25-22.

DSST: Conservatory Green's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Northfield, their win bumped their record up to 15-5.

DSST: Conservatory Green couldn't quite get it done against Northfield in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Hornets avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
