Basketball Recap: Star Valley Takes a Loss

Star Valley was the 53-52 winner over Evanston when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Star Valley Braves took a 54-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Evanston Devils on Sunday. The Braves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Star Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Evanston, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-10.

Star Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Evanston, they will challenge Thunder Basin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Evanston will be up against Thunder Basin's rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.48 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
