Volleyball Recap: Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Reagan Raiders.

Leading Reagan to victory were Brielynd Riddle and Katherine Brinkley. Riddle had 13 digs, while Brinkley had four digs and three aces. Those three aces gave Brinkley a new career-high.

The win (which was Reagan's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against SouthLake Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Reagan, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Myers Park on the 16th.
