Basketball Recap: Naples Takes a Loss

Naples was the 55-44 winner over Jasper-Troupsburg when they last played one another back in January of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Big Green Machines were beaten by the Wildcats 69-25 on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Big Green Machines can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 667th, while the Wildcats are ranked 237th).

Naples dropped their record down to 1-13 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road. As for Jasper-Troupsburg, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.
