Carroll County barely beat Dixie Heights the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Panthers were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Colonels on Saturday. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won four matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Carroll County is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Dixie Heights, their record is now 2-9.

The future could be bright for both Carroll County and Dixie Heights: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently.
