Basketball Recap: Klein Forest Gets the Win

Klein Forest's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 46-45 victory over the Fulshear Chargers.

Several Chargers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Bryce Goodwin, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenny Chukelu, who earned eight points and five rebounds.

Klein Forest's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Fulshear, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11.

Klein Forest wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 52-51 defeat against Tompkins on the 7th. As for Fulshear, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-39 loss against Fort Bend Marshall on the 7th.
