Baseball Game Preview: Danbury Panthers vs. Hull-Daisetta Bobcats

The Danbury Panthers will face off against the Hull-Daisetta Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Danbury's favor as the squad sits on five straight wins at home while Hull-Daisetta has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Danbury is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over Deweyville on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Hull-Daisetta finally came back down to earth on Thursday. They lost 12-2 to Big Sandy. The matchup marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Danbury's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Hull-Daisetta, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4.
