Volleyball Recap: James Buchanan Comes Up Short

James Buchanan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Mercersburg Academy Storm. The Rockets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Storm apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

James Buchanan's loss dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Mercersburg Academy, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, James Buchanan is taking a road trip to face off against West Perry at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mercersburg Academy, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Frederick Force at 6:00 p.m. on October 9.
