Softball Recap: Eastern Randolph Wildcats vs. Randleman Tigers

If Eastern Randolph was riding high off their 7-1 takedown of Providence Grove last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eastern Randolph Wildcats took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Randleman Tigers on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Eastern Randolph of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture on March 7th.

For Randleman's part, Kinzie Ivey made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.
