Basketball Recap: Midland Classical Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy last Friday, Midland Classical Academy came back down to earth. The Knights were dealt a 64-16 defeat at the hands of the Midland Christian Mustangs on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their meetings with the Mustangs: they've now lost seven in a row.

Midland Classical Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Midland Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Midland Classical Academy will be playing at home against Abilene Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Midland Christian, they will take on United South in a tournament on Thursday.
