Football Game Recap: Cresskill vs. Becton

Cresskill had a rough outing against Butler last Thursday, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Cresskill blew past Becton 47-13. The success represented a nice turnaround for Cresskill, who in their last game suffered a tough 6-32 loss.

Cresskill's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 20 points in the first half. Becton came up with 13 to make it 20-13 heading into the break. The Cresskill defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the match. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 1-1.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Cresskill will stay at home next week against Ridgefield Memorial at 7:00 PM. As for Becton, they will face off against Hasbrouck Heights.
