Baseball Recap: Webbers Falls Wins Going Away Against Cave Springs

While Webbers Falls put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Cave Springs. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Hornets. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by six runs or more this season.

Webbers Falls has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-12-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Cave Springs, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Webbers Falls has already played their next contest, an 18-1 victory against Cave Springs on the 22nd. The Hornets does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
