Softball Recap: Richfield Comes Up Short

Richfield came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Breck Mustangs, falling 15-5.

Richfield's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-11. As for Breck, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-4.

Looking ahead, Richfield is taking a road trip to face off against Simley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Breck, they have already played their next match, a 13-11 victory against Visitation on the 15th.
