Volleyball Recap: Plainfield East Comes Up Short

Plainfield East's tournament run continued when they took on West Chicago on Saturday. The Bengals fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 2-1.

Plainfield East's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for West Chicago, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Plainfield East has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Geneva on the 12th. As for West Chicago, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Rockford Auburn on the 12th.
