Immaculata-La Salle had won three straight games and Lucas Barragan did his part to make it four on Saturday. Immaculata-La Salle came out on top against the Mater Academy Charter Lions by a score of 2-0 thanks in part to Barragan, who had three digs and one block. What's more, he racked up 15 assists, the most he's had over his last four contests.

Immaculata-La Salle easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-19.

Immaculata-La Salle's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2. As for Mater Academy Charter, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-3.

After both having extra time off, Immaculata-La Salle and True North Classical Academy will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on the 31st. As for Mater Academy Charter, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hialeah Educational Academy at 5:00 p.m. on April 2.
